• Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party,
• Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices,
• Attend to customers' enquiries related to the Bank's products and services and attend to customer’s complaint.
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

1 Year experience in customer contact center is an asset 
Be honest, responsible, dependable, flexible, punctual 
Good communication and interpersonal skills 
Able to work under pressure, individually or in a team
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, sales, communications, or related field is required  Fluent in speaking/reading/writing English
Only Male who are friendly, multitasking person and flexible
